Yahoo to Acquire Flurry to Strengthen Mobile Products

Over the past couple of years, Yahoo has been focused on re-imagining their users’ daily habits with an emphasis on mobile technology.

Today, Yahoo! announced it has acquired Flurry, the industry leader in mobile analytics. After the transaction closes, the Flurry team will remain in its present locations, where their vision, mission, and focus will stay the same. Flurry’s products will continue to operate and innovate with Yahoo’s support and investment.
