It’s Simple. Deviled eggs are stuffed eggs. The remnants of the yolk of boiled chicken eggs, cut in half and all jizzed up with two basic ingredients – mayonnaise and mustard. Served cold, deviled eggs are either a hit or a miss. Some people serve these beauties as a main course or as an appetizer. If you live in the United States, or anywhere in North America, you know deviled eggs have become a staple dish at holiday parties, picnics, church gatherings, etc… I think  you get it.

We don’t know of anyone who has not seen these little “Yellow Devils”.  They are always… YELLOW.

Social distancing won’t stop deviled eggs from showing up to Easter dinner. These seasoned eggs have been around since ancient Rome, where they were traditionally served as a first course. I hope you did not think we’d forgotten about good ol’ Deviled Egg Potato Salad. What is Potato Salad without the Deviled Egg?  The images on Delish weren’t soulful enough so we went over to Divas Can Cook to find that the “Crowd Pleasing Potato Salad” DID NOT contain deviled eggs (VERY WEIRD). Disappointed, we finally found what seemed to be the best Deviled Egg Soulful Potato salad on the internet, but STILL no Eggs. Disappointed, we went back to Mo at Divas Can Cook.
